Calling All Artists

The Adventuresses' Club of the Americas is seeking artwork for the 2020 Miss Fisher Con logo, which will show up on our event listings, the website, social media, RedBubble, and attendee swag. If you have mad graphic design skills, we’d love to have you submit a design (or more, if you're inspired!).

The logo for Miss Fisher Con doesn't have to be in any particular style, but it should capture both the spirit of Miss Fisher and that of our host city for 2020, Richmond, Virginia. Deadline for submissions is December 8, 2019.

If your artwork is selected, the Board has a special prize package for you!

ARTWORK TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSIONS

Files should be submitted in Adobe Illustrator vector format (.eps or native .ai file)
All text should be converted to outlines, the background should be transparent; all areas using white as a color should not be reliant on the background, but actually colored as designed
The ideal logo would be available in both color and black-and-white versions.
The file must be at least 300 dpi resolution and be able to be sized up or down according to the final products chosen for the 2020 con; the more complex the design, the higher the resolution should be (e.g., 600 dpi).
Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXPress, PageMaker, InDesign, Freehand, Microsoft Office products will not be recognized through the art acceptance process.

Legal Information

Selected artwork will become the property of the Adventuresses' Club of the Americas to be used as the organization sees fit with credit to the artist wherever possible.

Artwork that is not selected will remain the property of the artist.
