OUR VIP GUESTThe VIP Guest for the 2019 Miss Fisher Con was Greg J. Walker, The soundtrack can make or break a TV show or movie, and Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries is no exception. Greg's original scored music and the period melodies and recordings he chose elevate our favorite scenes, making them suspenseful, joyful, or anywhere in between. Admit it - every time you watch an episode, no matter how shocking the murder (brain extraction via ancient Egyptian tool! pear-shaped Christmas lights! rigged magic trick!) you always dance when the theme music starts up. We do too! At the con, Greg will share with us the process of composing and selecting all the music we hear on the show, and he’ll give us a small peek into the process of creating music for the big screen. |
