Ruby plays the key role of Edith in Foxtel’s miniseries Picnic at Hanging Rock, directed by Larysa Kondracki, Michael Rymer and Amanda Brotchie.
She has been a professional performer from a very young age and has already amassed an impressive list of credits. She can currently be seen on Netflix, CBS and ABC in her recurring role in Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries. Other credits include the children’s series The Saddle Club and several short films, including Good Boy for Franco Films NYC.
Ruby trained in all facets of acting at HB Studios in New York. Prior to this she had a background in dance and trained as a ballerina. She has been in countless live productions, including an Off-Broadway production of Noel Coward’s Design For Living, directed by Tony Award Winner Jack Hoffsiss.
Ruby has appeared in a number of television commercials and is very popular on the voice-over circuit, with campaigns including Honda, World Vision and Harry Potter. She was headhunted by Bolinda Audio Books to become the official Narrator of Go Girl, a children’s short story collection aimed at young girls.
